Ms. Swift has the right idea! Start each day with a crepe whether it's filled with ham, cheese and a fried egg or turkey, mozzarella and pesto or a tangy tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella and pancetta. Each of them are a great way to start your morning. Personally, I could start my days with a chocolate, espresso, hazelnut-like Nutella (add banana). Who said sweets weren't a breakfast food?
